To add or edit a database user,
1. Login to your control panel and navigate to your account Home page and then click on the domain name the your database is associated with.
2 From here, click the Databases icon.
3. From here click the Database in question
4. From here you can either click the Add new Database User icon or the existing user in question in order to add or edit a user respectively.
