The best way to get to cpanel is
http://Your-Domain.com/cpanel/
or
http://Your-Domain.com:2082/

cPanel can be accessed through http://IPADDRESS:2082/ or https://IPADDRESS:2083/ by logging in with your account username and password.

Once your domain name has propogated you can replace IPADDRESS with your domain name.
